Quick and convenient, staff is friendly doesn't always seem to know store layout
A clean and well stocked Ace hardware with excellent customer service. I had purchased a Big Green Egg (in NC) and found several cracks to the ceramic liners (prior to my move to Delaware.). Even though they hadn't sold me the BGE, one of the managers (Chuck) worked diligently to process my warranty claim. We encountered several problems with receiving broken/cracked parts during shipment from the distributor. His continued attention and communication with BGE and the regional distributor ensured that my cooker was ready for the BBQ season. I recommend this Ace especially for the customer service and all your grilling supplies.
