The company may be good at building fences but the entire company lacks communications skills, and the customer service is sorely lacking. Took 7 weeks to install my fence, and that was after weekly phone calls to see when my project was scheduled. It was always "in 2 to 3 weeks" and I was the one always calling them. To add insult to injury, they double billed my final payment against my credit card, and here it is 25 days later, and 2 phone calls, and I still have not seen my overage reversed! I'll be making another call today and this time I'll ask to talk to directly to the boss! I dont know how they stay in business treating customers like this!

The review from Adam is SPOT ON. I requested a bid, Michael (the Director of Operations) came out, emailed a bid.... March 7th - I responded to ask that he meet with me, because I was ready to award the job -- as of today, March 15th - no return call, no return to my office nor a return email. It's an Eastern Shore thing, if these vendors had this relaxed attitude over the Bridge - DONE, Bankruptcy Court. It's like they are fine with living paycheck to paycheck, zero drive to advance or grow. Very Sad Actually.

Adam's review is spot on. There communication is terrible. After making a deposit for the fence I didn't hear from them for months. Once the fence was installed it is a beautiful fence. About 2 years later the fence got damaged while having a tree removed. I called multiple times, sent letters, sent certified letter, emailed and showed up at there office a few times to get this fence repaired over a period of a year and half. All I got was the run around with empty promises of getting the fence repaired. Finally I got someone else to repair the fence. Steer clear of this business unless you have the patience of a saint.

Great Product, Great Price. I did ask if price was negotiable and they said "no, prices are vinyl" Sorry for the stupid humor but I have very limited opportunities in getting my comedic genius out to the public, so when I do I take advantage of it. So the real question is would I buy from them again? Yes. Would I recommend to a friend? Absolutely. Would I hang out with these guys at a BBQ? Yes of course because I have no friends. I know you have to be wondering how a guy this funny could have no friends. Well I have asked old friends as to why they don't like me and they said it was because their stomach hurt so much from all the laughter they could not handle it. So there you go.

I wanted to give a higher rating. I really did. The quality of the work was great. The price was great. The face to face meetings with the sales person were great. Why such a bad rating? Unless you have the patience of a saint, I would recommend you find another company. For one, the communication is terrible. I put a deposit down for a job that I was told would start 4 weeks later. When the start date arrived, no one showed. I had to question the sales person to find out the project was pushed back 2 weeks. Guess what? 2 weeks later, no one showed. I contact again to find out we are pushed back another 2 wks. This happened 2 more times. We were a total of 7 weeks behind before they finally arrived to start the project. Here’s the second issue that I had with this company. No one is holding the workers at the site accountable for their work. Sure, the end product looks great. But how they got there was so frustrating. A 3-5 day project turned into a week and half. The workers “called out” on the Friday that the project was supposed to be finished because the forecast called for rain. And it didn’t rain… Finally I am guaranteed the project will be finished by the end of the day on Monday and I come home from work Monday evening and guess what… the project is not finished. The only thing left to do is put the hardware on 2 gate doors and then hang the doors. 15 mins with 2 guys? Maybe a half an hour of work? No wonder this company gets so backed up on projects. The workers had to come back out on Tuesday to finish something that could’ve easily been finished the day before. So inefficient. And the sales person didn’t even know that they workers didn’t hang the gates. Where’s the accountability? Steer clear of this company unless you don’t care about a timeline or communication. Because they obviously don’t.
