I had my van serviced on 2 occasions in the past 2 years. The problem I had returned both times within weeks of service. The vehicle is a work van and needless to say it was needed to be serviced in a prompt manner. It was not, it was kept for multiple days on each visit. It is a small business that takes on more than it can handle. I have since found a more reliable service center and with better customer care and consideration for the time the vehicle is serviced.
Great auto repair shop!!!! they can always figure out my car problems that other shops in the area cant do and the prices seem fair for the workmanship and quality of the parts they use 5 stars !!!!
I'm ASE certified and got stuck with a severely damaged water pump while on vacation in OC. The vehicle wasn't driveable and I didn't have the tools I needed to do the work myself, so I had the car towed in. Brasure-yourself when you see the repair bill! The work I had done was over $200 more than average, exceed the original quote by $110 and they didn't call me to inform me of the price increase, took 3 days to complete and they lost my cold air intake box gasket/seal and didn't offer to replace it or compensate me for it. Also, their web page indicates a 2 year 24k mile NAPA warranty on "qualifying repairs". I figured a basic water pump repair would be covered by NAPA, but apparently it's not and it's not clear what repairs "qualify" for the NAPA warranty, but on my receipt in the fine print at the bottom they disclose they only warranty their work for 90 days or 1500 miles (which is significantly less than average) and the vehicle has to be taken back to their garage. If you have another repair/garage option while in the DELMARVA are, use it instead of Brasures .

This shop always works on my vehicles just had a set of new tires put on my truck it rides so good now and the price was right they even did a alignment for me my steering wheel is straight now
