I am a Starbucks addict and I love my maciatto latte I get almost every morning from salisbury. 3 times now I went in to this one and she had no clue how to make my drink so order another. I went to pay and she could not get how to let me use my starbucks app to pay. Omg. I had no cash so no coffee. 3 weeks later different person, guess what no clue on making latte maciatto ok I'm mad now but order another drink. I had cash this time and wanted to put it on my Mobil pay, again no clue so I lost out on stars for 4 drinks. This sat back at this starbucks (no other near by) this guy made my drink he said, nope, not even close I think he overdosed me with caramel. So in 2 month time I was on vacation in oc and went here and and everytime horrible. Even slow service. To understand my starbucks addiction I even have your verisemo coffee maker but I still love getting it every time I go to my beach house. This is only one near my house in oc. It's a shame I have to downgrade to another coffee place be cause of clueless workers. I know that's not starbucks way but u needed to know.
